The invention discloses an intelligent emergency rescue device for falling down. The device comprises a monitoring unit, an execution unit, and a backpack. The execution unit comprises an air storage bottle and an air bag. The air storage bottle is connected with the air bag through an electromagnetic valve. The monitoring unit is used for controlling opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve. The backpack comprises a pack body, two shoulder straps and an accommodation part. The accommodation part is integrally C-shaped. The part where the accommodation part is close to the middle point is connected with the upper side edge of the pack body. Parts close to two ends of the accommodation part are connected with two upper ends of the two shoulder straps. The air bag is integrally C-shaped and folded and accommodated in an opening of the accommodation part or upwardly bounces out and surrounds left, right and back sides of the head and neck of a human body. When the human body is detected to fall down, the
