The invention discloses a toner cartridge capable of being added with powder and installed with a chip easily. The toner cartridge comprises a plastic shell, a powder feeding roller, a powder discharge scraper, a cleaning scraper, a charging roller, a developing roller, and a photosensitive drum. One side surface of the plastic shell is a conductive end cap. A chip cover is a detachable part of the conductive end cap and is above the powder inlet of the toner cartridge. Four clamps namely an upper chip clamp, a lower chip clamp, an upper end cap clamp, and a lower end cap clamp are arranged on the chip cover. The upper chip clamp and the lower chip clamp are used to fix a chip onto the chip cover. The upper end cap clamp and the lower end cap clamp are used to fix the chip cover onto the conductive end cap.
