Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine compound screening, and especially relates to a rapid screening method of natural alpha-glucosidase inhibitor in rhizoma cyperi. The rapid screening method comprises following steps: 1, synthesis of an immobilized enzyme; 2, affinity adsorption and desorption of the immobilized enzyme; 3, determination of the structure of rhizoma cyperi AGHI; and 4, verification of the activity of rhizoma cyperi AGHI. The advantages of the rapid screening method are that: complex and time-consumed separation process is not needed, and an active inhibitor monomer can be separated from a natural product mixture via screening in a short time period (a few hours).
