Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a production process of an environmentally-friendly polar plate and capable of improving the cycling performance of a lead-acid battery. The production process comprises the following steps: (1) casting a plate; (2) coating the plate with paste; (3) pouring acid; (4) performing surface drying; (5) soaking into water for 1 minute to 10 minutes; (6) curing and drying. By the production process, the floating powder on the surface of the polar plate can be greatly reduced, dust in the production process is reduced, the pollution of the dust of the polar plate on clapboard paper after the dust is internalized and charged is reduced, and the cycling performance of the battery is greatly improved.
