The invention relates to a method and a device for in-situ monitoring of real-time water pressure of connected plant organs. The method and the device are characterized in that firstly, a setting outer pressure device and a water flow rate measuring device are used for measuring the change of the water flow rate passing through the connected plant organs along with the setting outer pressure, then a water pressure calculation device is used for drawing a related curve between the measuring value of the water flow rate and the setting outer pressure, and a related relationship equation is obtained, so as to obtain the real-time water pressure of the plant organs. The method and the device have the advantages that the structure is simple, the implementing is easy, and the operation is simple and convenient; furthermore, the influence by the environment temperature and humidity in the plant organ water pressure measuring process is avoided, and the remote data collection and transmission are easily realized; by
