The method comprises steps of according to the power supply parameter of a converter, the motor parameter of a motor powered by the converter and the motor noise generated under the condition of the parameter, establishing the correspondence between the harmonic and the motor noise; obtaining current power supply parameters and current motor parameters when the converter is supplying power to the motor; determining the harmonic of the currently generated noise according to the current power supply parameters, the current motor parameters and the correspondence relationship; and in the PWM control of the converter, injecting the harmonic with the same harmonic amplitude and frequency as that of the currently generated noise and the opposite phase to that of the currently generated noise to eliminate the harmonic of the currently generated noise.
