The invention provides a three-position switch and high-voltage switchgear. The switch comprises a lower support module subassembly, an upper support module subassembly, and a grounding module subassembly. The upper support module subassembly comprises an upper static contact (10) and an upper support (8). The grounding module subassembly comprises a grounding contact (4) and a grounding contact support (3). The lower support module subassembly comprises a lower static contact (11), a movable contact assembly (13), and a lower support (9).
