Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a support optimization method based on a photo-curing 3D printer. All the support points are marked by an algorithm when a support structure is added. In the later slicing operation, all the support points are subjected to gray level calculation to decrease gray values so as to shorten the exposure time and reduce the hardness and strength of the contact surface between the support structure and a model, and rapid separation can be realized. The molding time of the contact surface between the support structure and the model is shortened to reduce the hardness and strength of the contact surface, so that the support points are soft and easy to break, while the support structure plays a supporting role, the model and the support structure can be better separated, and the contact surface is not liable to damage.
