The double-multiple-arch tunneling construction method comprises the following steps: I, performing temporary cover arch construction in a middle pilot tunnel, namely, constructing a temporary cover arch at the opening of the middle pilot tunnel; II, performing parallel construction of middle pilot tunnel excavation and a main tunnel cover arch, namely, excavating the middle pilot tunnel, and constructing two main tunnel cover arches synchronously; III, performing parallel construction of a partitioning wall in the middle pilot tunnel and pipe shed support of the main tunnel, namely, constructing the middle partitioning wall, and performing pipe shed support construction on two chief tunnel caves synchronously; IV, performing temporary support point conversion of the main tunnel cover arch and disassembling of the temporary cover arch in the middle pilot tunnel, namely, supporting inner sides of the two m
