Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses novel organic sepiolite for oil-based drilling fluid and a preparation method of the novel organic sepiolite. The preparation method comprises the following step: after sepiolite is fully hydrated, adding a specific quaternary ammonium salt surfactant to organically modify the sepiolite, thus obtaining the organic sepiolite for the oil-based drilling fluid. The preparation method is simple in condition, low in requirement for production equipment and favorable for industrial popularization; the prepared organic sepiolite is high in lipophilicity, excellent in rheological property in the oil-based drilling fluid, obvious in viscosity enhancing and shear strength improving effect, outstanding in thixotropy and excellent in high temperature resistance and can be used under a condition of 200 DEG C. 本发明公开了种新型油基钻井液用有机海泡石及其制备方法,该制备方法包括将海泡石充分水化后,加入特定的季铵盐型表面活性剂对海泡石进行有机改性,即可制备油基钻井液用有机海泡石。此制备方法条件简单,对生产的设备需求低,有利于产业化的推广,制得的有机海泡石亲油性好,在油基钻井液中流变性能优异,提粘、提切效果显著,触变性突出,其抗高温性能优异,可在200℃条件下使用。
