Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a system and method for aquatic plant-electrolysis combined purification of azo dye wastewater. The system comprises a reaction tank, wherein the azo dye wastewater is contained in the reaction tank; two electrodes are arranged in the azo dye wastewater and are connected to a positive electrode and a negative electrode of a power supply through electric wires; and a plurality of aquatic plants are also arranged in the azo dye wastewater. After treatment through the system and the method, the effluent quality of the azo dye wastewater is more stable, the COD removal rate and the decolorization rate are uniformly and greatly improved in comparison with those of a simple electrolysis process under the same energy consumption; the energy consumption is effectively reduced; the water toxicity of the effluent is significantly reduced; and the system and the method meet the idea of ecological landscape management and have environmental protection significance.
