System and method for aquatic plant-electrolysis combined purification of azo dye wastewater

The invention discloses a system and method for aquatic plant-electrolysis combined purification of azo dye wastewater. The system comprises a reaction tank, wherein the azo dye wastewater is contained in the reaction tank; two electrodes are arranged in the azo dye wastewater and are connected to a positive electrode and a negative electrode of a power supply through electric wires; and a plurality of aquatic plants are also arranged in the azo dye wastewater.
