Zusammenfassung:A metal inclined hole drilling method of composite materials comprises the following eight steps: 1, positioning and tightly clamping; 2, performing helical milling to obtain an inclined hole with the diameter being 12.3; 3, drilling to obtain a through hole with the diameter being 9.3; 4, drilling to obtain an M16 thread bottom hole; 5, boring to obtain a counterbore hole with the diameter being 17.4; 6, tapping by using a machine tool to obtain an M16*2 thread; 7, manually tapping to obtain an M16*2 thread; 8, disassembling the tooling after completion of machining.
