The structure of the pore former is that R1 is a C1-8 alkyl, a C2-8 alkenyl, a C2-8 alkynyl, or a C6-12 aromatic base, and A is bicarbonate ion, dihydrogen phosphate ion, nitrate ion, halogen ion or the combination of the four. The invention also discloses a porous hydrophobic fluorine-containing polymer membrane.
