The invention discloses a 3D environment-friendly coconut fiber hard mat. The 3D environment-friendly coconut fiber hard mat is manufactured by the following steps: (1) firstly, preparing coconut fibers and chemical fibers independently, uniformly mixing the coconut fibers and the chemical fibers in a mixing machine and carding an obtained mixture in a loosening machine so as to obtain mixed fibers; (2) then, lapping the carded mixed fibers so as to obtain mixed fibers of a required thickness; (3) then, conducting cold setting treatment on the lapped mixed fibers in a cold setting machine so as to obtain cold-set fibers; (4) then, conducting high-temperature setting on the cold-set fibers in an oven so as to obtain high-temperature set fibers; and (5) finally, conducting high-temperature combining and stretching treatment on the high-temperature set fibers so as to obtain a needled protective layer, and packaging and storing the needled protective layer in a warehouse, so that the hard mat is obtained.
