Commutator processing method

The invention relates to a commutator processing method. By a mode of twisting an adhesive and coating a glass sealant after installation, two ends of a commutator are closed, iron scraps or impurities are prevented from entering the commutator during the processing process, and the application reliability of the commutator is ensured. With the process circuit and the operation method, disclosed by the invention, a short-circuit phenomenon among commutator sheets is effectively eliminated, and practice shows that the insulation between sheets is qualified by 100%. 本发明涉及种换向器的加工方法，通过安装后缠生胶带及涂玻璃胶的方式，将换向器两端进行封闭，防止加工过程中的铁屑或杂物进行换向器内部，保证了换向器的使用可靠性。本发明的工艺路线及操作方法有效的消除了换向器片间短路的现象，经实践证明，片间绝缘100％合格。
