Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of a perovskite solar cell using Cr2O3 as an electron transfer substance. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing chrome oleate through a replacement reaction, then dissolving the chrome oleate into a certain amount of an organic solvent, preparing a thin film on a high-temperature-resistant transparent conducting substrate in a spin-coating manner, then calcining at the temperature of 500 to 600 DEG C in a muffle furnace to form a Cr2O3 thin film; then coating an organic and inorganic hybrid perovskite light absorption layer on the Cr2O3 thin film, then coating a hole transfer material, and finally evaporating a metal electrode layer so as to prepare the perovskite solar cell.
