Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a novel transparent organic photovoltaic cell comprising a three-layer structure. The three-layer structure includes: a first layer being an anti-reflective coating, a second layer being an absorption layer and a third layer being a near-infrared Bragg reflector. Transparent conductive oxide layers are arranged at the upper surface and the lower surface of the absorbent layer respectively. According to the novel transparent organic photovoltaic cell provided by the invention, with combination, of the anti-reflective coating, the absorption layer and the near-infrared Bragg reflector, the performances of the organic photovoltaic cell can be improved obviously, so that the average absorptivity of the overall structure within 650-850nm increases from 16.6% to 36.3% and the transmissivity of the structure reaches 72% within an area of 400-580nm with the vertical sunlight incidence.
