Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a dual-ring type seal oil automatic oil draining device and method of a hydrogen cooling electric generator. On the basis of the electric generator oil inlet accident principle, that is, in the running process of a dual-ring type seal oil system of the hydrogen cooling electric generator, before oil enters the electric generator, firstly, it can be reflected that the liquid level of a hydrogen side seal oil tank is high, then, an electric generator defoaming box is continuously filled with seal oil, and finally the oil enters the electric generator. Through draining of redundant oil and controlling the liquid level of the hydrogen side seal oil tank, oil entering of the electric generator can be avoided, and shortcomings in the prior art are overcome.
本发明公开了种氢冷发电机双流环式密封油自动排油装置及方法,主要根据发电机进油事故原理,即氢冷发电机双流环式密封油系统运行过程中,发电机进油前首先会反映在氢侧密封油箱液位高、然后密封油继续满至发电机消泡箱、最终导致发电机进油。通过排出多余油液、控制好氢侧密封油箱液位可避免发电机进油,解决现有技术的不足。 |
