Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a locking device for controlling opening and closing of a window. The locking device comprises a first fixing clamp head, a second fixing clamp head, a first connecting rod connected with the first fixing clamp head and a second connecting rod connected with the second fixing clamp head. The first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are movably connected in the length direction of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod. According to the locking device for controlling opening and closing of the window, the fixing clamp heads at the two ends are mounted on the portions, at the two ends of an opening/closing opening of the window, of a window frame or door frame, the length of the first connecting rod and the length of the second connecting rod can be adjusted after fixing, and the opening/closing range of the window is adjusted till the proper position is reached. The first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are adjustable in length and can be fixed in
