Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to powder metallurgy, and in particular to a rotating shuttle novel alloy material. The alloy material comprises the following components in percentages by weight: 0.18-0.24% of C, 0.40-0.70% of Ni, 0.15-0.25% of Mo, 0.40-0.59% of Cr and the balance of iron. By improving an existing rotating shuttle production formula and a thermal treatment method, high-carbon alloy steel is produced by virtue of a powder metallurgy injection moulding method. The method can obtain a wear-resistant surface, the surface hardness of the material can reach HRc60-68, and the material is uniform in inner carbide tissue, so that the wear resistance of the product is improved.
