Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing 1,1-difluoro-2-chloroethylene by carrying out dehydrochlorination on dichlorodifluoroethane in presence of a catalyst; the catalyst is prepared from a main catalyst-inorganic base and a cocatalyst-phase transfer catalyst. The method provided by the invention does not need to use an organic solvent, and has the advantages of being high in reaction yield, mild in technology, simple in operation, less in by-products, small in amount of the three wastes, environmentally-friendly, and the like.
