Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a multimode power generation multifunctional electric vehicle which comprises the four systems including a multimode power generation system, a drawer type power storage system, a gas compression and release system and a water storage system in a double-layer outer shell of a vehicle body. The multimode power generation system comprises the five kinds of power generation facilities including a photovoltaic power generation panel, a telescopic airbag, rollable and telescopic sunshading curtains, a power generation system protective cover and wind turbines. The drawer type power storage system is connected with the multimode power generation system through a wire. The gas compression and release system is composed of a gas compressor mounted on the vehicle and a pipeline. The water storage system in the double-layer shell of the vehicle body is composed of a temperature control antifreezing water sleeve arranged in a cavity of the position, where the double-layer outer shell is located, o
