Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a high-moisture penetrability biodegradable composite material and a production method thereof. The existing high-moisture penetrability multi-layer composite material which has biodegradability and can be quickly degraded has the problems of high production cost and insufficient moisture penetrating amount. The high-moisture penetrability biodegradable composite material disclosed by the invention comprises a polyvinyl alcohol non-woven fabric and a base membrane which is coated with a polyvinyl alcohol water solution, wherein one surface of the polyvinyl alcohol non-woven fabric is hydrophobic and the other surface is hydrophilic; and the hydrophobic surface of the polyvinyl alcohol non-woven fabric is compounded with the base membrane which is coated with the polyvinyl alcohol water solution.
