The method sequentially comprises the following steps: dissolving 1-4 g of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide in 20 mL of toluene, adding 4-5 g of silver oxide powder which is sieved by a 80-100 mesh sieve, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion for 20-100 min, adding 5-20 mL of water, adding 0.5-1 g of sodium borohydride at a rotating speed of 400-600 r/min, continuously stirring the obtained solution and the sodium borohydride for 4-8 min, and carrying out precipitation separation to obtain the core-shell structured silver oxide/silver photocatalyst.
