The biscuit is prepared from mixed powder and additives, wherein the mixed powder is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 to 30 parts of berry pomace powder, 15 to 25 parts of wheat flour, 5 to 10 parts of sorghum flour, 5 to 10 parts of highland barley flour, 5 to 7 parts of chickpea flour, 4 to 8 parts of kudzu vine root powder, 3 to 5 parts of mulberry leaf powder, 3 to 5 parts of purslane powder, 2 to 4 parts of poria cocos powder, 2 to 3 parts of rhizoma polygonati powder, 1 to 2 parts of radix polygonati officinalis powder and 1 to 2 parts of medlar powder; and the additives are prepared from drinking water, coconut oil, table salt and edible baking soda.
