Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses fluorescent CNDs prepared by using a simple one-step hydrothermal method and having quantum yield of 9.9%. The CNDs are applicable as an effective fluorescent probe for sensitive and selective detection of dopamine and Al ions, with detection limits being 0.78 [mu]M and 3.29 [mu]M, respectively; and the fluorescent probe presents good water solubility, high optical stability, low biotoxicity and other advantages. The fluorescent probe is applicable to logic gate experiments of various molecular levels and will present better adaptability in future logic gate experiments. In particular, the novel fluorescent probe is successively applied to detection of dopamine and Al ions in real samples.
