The invention relates to a cross-linking device based on plasma and a use method and application. The cross-linking device comprises a reaction cavity, wherein a plasma generation device and a holding zone of a sample to be treated are arranged inside the reaction cavity; the plasma generation device is used for generating plasma for covalent cross-linking of proteins, nucleic acids and/or proteins and nucleic acids in the sample to be treated.
