The method comprises the following steps: adding fresh bone marrow in bones of cattle, sheep, horses, camels or animals in other animal slaughterhouses as raw materials; separately extracting protein in the fresh bone marrow subjected to water cleaning and pretreatment by using a trihydroxymethyl aminomethane hydrochloric acid buffer solution and a sodium chloride solution, wherein a lipid component is extracted by petroleum ether or normal hexane and no lipid component is left; then concentrating part of a water extract and carrying out dialysis desalting; using a modern spray drying technology or carrying out freeze drying and refining to obtain the bone marrow protein.
