Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a movable point beam scheduling method of a medium earth orbit satellite system based on priorities. According to the method, influence of rainfall attenuation on the system is considered at the same time, two kinds of users, namely ordinary users and special users, are involved in a strategy execution process, and the priorities of the special users are higher. Moreover, a scheduling optimization module of movable point beams is constructed in the invention, margin attenuation factors are imported in the model for the special users for maximally covering the number of the users while preferentially providing quality of service of the special users in a rainfall environment, and a near optimal solution of the model is figured out through a bipartite graph method on the basis. 本发明种基于优先级的中轨卫星系统可移动点波束调度方法。该方法同时考虑了降雨衰减对系统带来的影响,策略执行过程中涉及两类用户,即普通用户和特殊用户,特殊用户的优先级较高。并且,本发明构建了可移动点波束的调度优化模型,该模型针对特殊用户引入了余量衰减因子,旨在考虑降雨环境下为特殊用户优先提供服务质量的同时最大化覆盖用户的数量,在此基础上通过二分图法求出该模型的近似最优解。
