Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a Q-adjusting semiconductor laser constant-power output control device. The Q-adjusting semiconductor laser constant-power output control device monitors an error between the output power of a laser and target power in real time, traverses one or more of an energy storage time parameter, a frequency doubling temperature parameter and/or a pumping current parameter when the absolute value of the error is greater than a preset adjusting threshold value, and uses the parameter having the luminous power quantization error lower than the adjusting threshold value to adjust the laser so as to control the error between the output power of the laser and the target power. The device achieves constant-power laser output by monitoring and adjusting the luminous power in real time and automatically optimizing the parameters without artificial participation, has the advantages of being low in cost, high in flexibility and control precision and the like and is more suitable for certain applications h |
