Secondary battery used at low temperature and resistant to floating charge and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a secondary battery which is used at low temperature and is resistant to floating charge. The secondary battery is provided with a positive pole and a negative pole, in production of the positive pole, a positive active material selects nickel hydroxide, and a positive additive selects combination of CoO and gamma-CoOOH; and in production of the negative pole, a negative active material adopts alkaline treated alloy powder.
