Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a flow sensor assembly with an integral bypass channel, and particularly discloses a flow sensor assembly (38) capable of improving the fluid range ability. In one exemplar embodiment, the flow sensor assembly (38) includes a housing (40) having an inlet flow port (88), an outlet flow port (90), a fluid channel (12) extending between the inlet flow port and the outlet flow port, and a bypass channel (62), wherein the bypass channel has a pair of faucets (64) for fluidly connected to the fluid channel at a separation position. The flow sensor (10) may be positioned in a bypass channel, and is used for sensing a measurement value of a flow rate of a fluid flowing through the flow channel. The pressure difference between the two faucets of the bypass channel drives a part of the fluid flowing through the flow channel to pass through the bypass channel.
