Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for judging cooling efficiency degradation of an EGR cooler and an EGR system. Changes of the cooling efficiency of the EGR cooler are judged through the high-temperature environment and the low-temperature environment where the EGR cooler is located, the degradation coefficients of the EGR cooler are judged, the NOx emission degradation coefficients are determined according to the degradation coefficients of the EGR cooler, the fuel oil injection amount or the gas inlet amount is corrected based on the NOx emission degradation coefficients to adjust original engine emission, and therefore the emission influence brought by cooling efficiency reducing of the EGR cooler is effectively controlled. The method and the EGR system are beneficial to improving product emission consistency. 本发明提供了判断EGR冷却器的冷却效率劣化的方法及EGR系统,通过EGR冷却器所处的高温和低温环境判断EGR冷却器冷却效率的变化并且判断EGR冷却器的劣化系数,根据EGR冷却器的劣化系数确定NOx排放劣化系数,并基于NOx排放劣化系数修正燃油喷射量或进气量来调整发动机原机排放,从而有效控制EGR冷却器效率下降带来的排放影响,本发明提供的方法和EGR系统有利于提升产品的排放致性。
