The invention discloses a sealing device of an oil bailing wellhead and an oil bailing sealing method thereof. The sealing device comprises a sleeving pipe communicating with an oil bailing well. A short pipe is fixed to the top of the sleeving pipe in a sealing mode. A packing box is fixed to a top opening of the short pipe. Packing is fixed in the packing box. A sucker rod is movably connected in the sleeving pipe along the axis of the sleeving pipe. A puller rubber cylinder is fixed to the upper portion of the side wall of the sucker rod. The top of the sucker rod is connected with one end of a steel cable. The other end of the steel cable penetrates through a through hole formed in the packing and then is connected with a winding device. An oil outlet pipe is arranged on the upper portion of the outer side wall of the sleeving pipe and communicates with the interior of the sleeving pipe.
