The hard alloy is composed of tungsten carbide powder, cobalt powder and Ti3SiC2 powder, the mass ratio of the tungsten carbide powder is 72% to 85%, the mass ratio of the cobalt powder is 10% to 20%, the mass ratio of the Ti3SiC2 powder is 5% to 10%, and the hard alloy is prepared through the powder metallurgy technology. The high-temperature-oxidation-resistant high-strength Ti3SiC2 hard alloy can bear the high temperature ranging from 800 DEG C to 1100 DEG C, and the high-temperature strength ranges from 800 N/mm to 1800 N/mm .
