Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a PE-AMMA based cable protector and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) causing PE (polyethylene), AMMA (acrylonitrile-methyl methacrylate copolymer), isoprene rubber and vulcanizing agent to have vulcanization reaction, thereby acquiring a mixture; 2) mixing polyvinyl chloride, kaolin, asphalt, ethyl carbamate, 1,2-ethylidene thiourea, lignin, diphenyl silanediol, nickel oxide and alumina silicate fiber with the mixture, and forming, thereby acquiring the PE-AMMA based cable protector. The PE-AMMA based cable protector prepared according to the method has excellent mechanical property and anti-ageing property. The preparation method has the advantages of simple process and convenience in operation.
本发明公开了种PE-AMMA基电缆保护套及其制备方法,该制备方法包括:1)将PE(聚乙烯)、AMMA(丙烯腈-甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物)、异戊橡胶与硫化剂进行硫化反应以制得共混物;2)将聚氯乙烯、高岭土、沥青、氨基甲酸乙酯、1,2-亚乙基硫脲、木质素、二苯基硅二醇、氧化镍、硅酸铝纤维与共混物进行混炼、成型以制得PE-AMMA基电缆保护套。通过该方法制得的PE-AMMA基电缆保护套具有优异的力学性能和抗老化性能,同时该制备方法具有工序简单、便于操作的优点。 |
