Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a chilling block structure with a cam shaft molding mold. The chilling block structure comprises the molding mold; a cam shaft casting model is arranged inside the molding mold; a chilling block is arranged at the cam position of the cam shaft casting model; and grooves are formed in the two side faces of the chilling block. As the grooves are formed in the two side faces of the chilling block, an exhaust channel is formed between the two sides of the chilling block and a sand mold manufactured by adoption of the chilling block structure, exhaust of the cam position is smooth during pouring, and the rate of finished products is increased. 本发明提出了凸轮轴造型模具的冷铁结构,包括造型模具,造型模具内设有凸轮轴铸造模型,在凸轮轴铸造模型的凸轮位置处放置有冷铁,冷铁的两侧面设有凹槽。由于在冷铁的两侧面设有凹槽,采用本发明制造的砂型上,冷铁两侧与砂型之间形成排气通道,浇注时凸轮位置排气通畅,提高成品率。
