Preparation method of primary-color and solid-phase specimen of small fish

The invention provides a preparation method of a primary-color and solid-phase specimen of small fish. The preparation method comprises the steps: 1) anesthesia, 2) fixing, 3) buffering and 4) sealing for keeping. The preparation method is particularly suitable for keeping of colorful fish; a treated color and a living color of the fish are same or approximate; and a purpose of lively and visual showing is achieved. By a two-year experiment, a form of the specimen can be kept; a primary color of the fish can be kept; the method is suitable for small ornamental fish, and particularly has better keeping of black, white and red fish; and the prepared specimen is convenient to carry and observe, and has artistic appreciation and collection values. 本发明提供了种小型鱼类原色固相标本制作方法，包括1)麻醉、2)固定、3)缓冲、4)封存步骤。本发明特别适合色彩鲜艳鱼类的保存，处理后与生活时颜色相同或近似，达到了生动形象展示的目的。通过两年实验，本发明不仅能够保存标本形体，还能保存鱼类原有色彩，适于小型观赏鱼类，特别是对黑、白、红色系鱼类的保存较好。所制标本便于携带和观察，同时具有艺术欣赏和收藏价值。
