The alpinia zerumbet seed aseptic germination and fast propagation method comprises the following steps: performing aseptic seeding induced germination by use of the seed, and then adopting a fast seedling propagation method for bud expanding propagation and rooting afterwards; taking the alpinia zerumbet seed as a propagation explant, and adopting the culture medium suitable for different growth stages of the alpinia zerumbet so as to enable the seed to germinate, propagate and root, thereby realizing the scale production of the alpinia zerumbet seedling. The acquired seed germination rate is 93.8% by use of the aseptic germination, the 30-day propagation magnification of the cluster buds obtained through propagation cultivation achieves 4.89 times, the seedling rooting rate of the rooting cultivation is 100%, and the transplanting survival rate achieves 100%.
