Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a composite thermoelectric material formed by a routine conductive polymer, and a pn-junction laminated thermoelectric conversion device. A p-type conductive layer of the composite thermoelectric material is obtained through mixing P3HT and PVDF. An n-type conductive layer of the composite thermoelectric material is obtained through mixing PANI and PVDF. A PVDF polymer insulating layer is arranged between the p-type conductive layer and the n-type conductive layer for insulating. The pn-junction laminated thermoelectric conversion device is prepared according to a spraying method.
