Housing grooves 31-34 for housing the winding of start lines 73 are formed in several places in the winding direction of a wound core 11. First guide grooves 61 for guiding the winding of start lines 73 from a connection terminal 77 to the housing grooves 31-34 are formed in several places of a first outer flange 51, contiguously to the housing grooves 31-34. A third guide groove 65 for extending the winding of start lines 73 outward of the bobbin is formed in a second outer flange 52 contiguously to the housing grooves 31-34.
