The invention discloses an electric control system used for a ship pipeline cleaning pump station. The system includes an oil pump motor, a plurality of electric heating pipes, a temperature controller, a temperature sensor, an upper oil level switch, a lower oil level switch, a first intermediate relay and a second intermediate relay. The temperature controller is electrically connected to a power supply terminal through the temperature sensor. The temperature controller is electrically connected with the upper oil level switch and the lower oil level switch separately through self-inspection alarm contacts of the temperature controller. The temperature controller is electrically connected with the electric heating tubes through temperature control contacts of the temperature controller.
