Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a substation grounding network maximum step potential difference and maximum contact potential difference intelligent identification method. The method comprises steps that (1) a grounding network earth potential rise and an earth surface potential function are calculated; (2) a solution between the maximum step potential difference and the maximum contact potential difference is converted into a constrained parameter optimization problem; (3) an artificial bee colony algorithm is used to search the optimal solution between the maximum step potential difference and the maximum contact potential difference. The method is advantageous in that the identification problem of the maximum step potential and the maximum contact potential is converted from a mathematical model into a derivative-free pure numerical optimization problem, and the artificial bee colony algorithm is adopted to find the optimal solution, and then the calculation amount of the method is small, and the calculation spee
