The horizontal position adjusting mechanism comprises a pushing block and a slide rail, and the pushing block is slidably connected with the slide rail by a connecting rod. A processing module is used to extract a minimum axes deviation angle from received axes deviation angles, and a displacement value is calculated according to the minimum axes deviation angle. A driving motor is used to drive the connecting rod to move in the slide rail, and the displacement of the connecting rod is a displacement value, and then the pushing block is used to push a to-be-processed lens, and then the optical axis of the to-be-processed lens is superposed with a reference axis.
