Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a Nd-Fe alloy. The Nd-Fe alloy comprises the following components: 0-95 wt% of Nd, the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities which are less than 0.5 wt% in total, wherein O is less than or equal to 0.01 wt%, C is less than or equal to 0.01 wt%, P is less than or equal to 0.01 wt%, and S is less than or equal to 0.005 wt%. The invention further discloses a preparation method of Nd-Fe alloy. The Nd-Fe alloy prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention is uniform in components, small in segregation, low in impurity content, high in yield of rare earth, low in cost and free from pollution; and when the Nd-Fe alloy is applied to rare-earth steel, the yield of rare earth is high and the effects are remarkable, and the Nd-Fe alloy is suitable for large-scale industrial production. 本发明公开了种钕铁合金,钕的含量为0~95wt%,余量是铁以及总量小于0.5wt%的不可避免的杂质,其中氧≤0.01wt%,碳≤0.01wt%,磷≤0.01wt%,硫≤0.005wt%。本发明还公开了种钕铁合金的制备方法。本发明制备的钕铁合金成分均匀、偏析小、杂质含量低、稀土收率高、成本低、无污染,应用到稀土钢中稀土收率高、效果显著,适合于大规模工业生产。
