The regenerated material is prepared from, by weight, 70-100 parts of PVC recycled materials, 5-20 parts of plasticizer, 10-50 parts of calcium carbonate and 1-3 parts of stabilizer. After a series of processes including smashing, mixing, pelletizing and the like, the PVC recycled materials can be recycled, the problems that a regenerated material is poor in stability and unstable in quality are solved, and the regenerated material produced from the PVC recycled materials is wide in raw material source, simple in a production process, high in economic benefits and environment friendly.
