Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a double-power foldable carrying trolley which comprises a trolley basket chassis, a trolley basket foldable contracting device and a double power device, wherein the trolley basket foldable contracting device is arranged on the trolley basket chassis; the double power device is arranged on the lateral side of the trolley basket chassis; one side at the bottom of the trolley basket chassis is connected with the double power device through a steering device; a pedal power mechanism and a motor power mechanism are arranged in the double power device; the random switching of the two power can be realized through the double power device; a brake device is arranged on the foldable contracting device; the brake device is connected with the double power device and is used for controlling the double power device to stop; the foldable contracting device is used for folding a trolley basket on the trolley basket chassis; the double power device is folded to the lower side of the trolley basket c
