Zusammenfassung:	This invention relates to a process to treat organic waste water by use of synchronous active sludge method. Its technological steps include deposition and aeration of human excrement, addition of water, drainage of serum, addition of pure chemicals to propagate and acclimate active slude, and addition of said active sludge into tank in a subsidemce ratio of 30% for treatment. This process is suitable to treat the waste water containing any harmful and toxic organic matter with such advantages of stable effectiveness; reliable and easy control of acclimated quantity, and synchronous implementation of culture, propagation and acclimation.
