Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a low-immunogenicity tissue engineering skin construction method and belongs to the technical field of bio-engineering. The method includes: adopting human epidermal stem cells and fetus-derived placenta mesenchymal stem cells as seed cells; using a 3D matrix constructed by bovine I-type collagen as a stent; utilizing a gas-liquid interface separation method to composite and construct low-immunogenicity fully-lamellar tissue engineering skin having activity. The method is based on immunosuppression effect of the placenta mesenchymal stem cells to prepare the low-immunogenicity tissue engineering skin which is used for treating immunity rejection of allogenous skin graft, and the method is simple, convenient and high in repeatability. Histomorphology shows that the tissue engineering skin has complete epidermal structure which comprises a basal layer, a cuticular layer and multiple layers of cells different in differentiation degree, and morphological requirements on the tissue engineer
