The fishy short-chain polypeptide has the advantages of high safety and freshness and low histamine value, components with the molecular weight smaller than 800Da are 80% or more, and the histamine value is lower than 30mg/100g (based on dry basis calculation). Protein components contain 10-25% of collagen short-chain polypeptide, and recovery of big wounds is facilitated.
